Totem

For this extremely small batch of mead we fermented Northumbrian wildflower honey with whole raspberries and damsons which we picked from my partners mums back garden!

Luscious floral notes backed up by the tantalising dance of raspberry's and damsons on the pallete. Its flavour is a complex amalgamation of tartness, ripe red fruit and honeyed whispers.
 
Ingredients - Wildflower Honey, Damsons, Raspberries, Water, Yeast, Yeast Suppliment.
